The Audit History of a record is displayed within the Related tab. This feature is great for drilling down on changes made within the record.
This area will show any data changes made within the record. It will display the 'Old Value', which is the original data, and then the 'New Value' showing the changed field data. It will also show the user who made the change and the date and time:
It will display all field changes by default. If there is specific data that needs to be viewed, the filter can be changed:
