Using Rates from an Agreement

Open the Placement record.
 
Go to the Finance tab.
 
If the Agreement has additional Rate Types listed, once the Agreement is linked to the Placement, the Rate Types that were attached to the Agreement will automatically link and appear on the Finance tab with the Pay and Charge fields blank.
 
 
Double-click into the row - enter the Pay and Charge into the fields.
 
Save and Close the record.
 
As seen above, if the Currency fields are left blank, they will default to the default currency set within your system.
 
If the rate should be in a different currency, ensure that you updated it before the record is saved.
 

Adding a New Rate to the Placement (No Agreement)

Go to the Finance tab on the Placement record.
 
Click on the + New Placement Rate icon.
 
Within the Rate Type field, click on the magnifying glass at the end of the field to see available options.
 
There will be standard rate types in there, such as Daily Standard and Hourly Standard.
 
Any overtime rates used within your business, should have been created and be within this list.
 
Add in the agreed Pay and Charge amounts for this rate.
 
 
 
Save and Close and this will take you back to the Finance tab.
 
 

Creating a New Rate Type

NOTE: This can only be actioned by a System Administrator.
 
If you wish to create additional rates to those listed in the options, hover in the Rate Type fields and click on New Rate (as seen two screen shots above).
 
 
Fill in the mandatory fields and click Save & Close.
