Shortlist Views
Within the Shortlists menu when accessing a record, there is now a new version of the Shortlist form which can be utilised in various ways. As a result, this provides the information required for Consultants to make key decisions without having to leave the Applicant record:
The new form contains features that can still be individually accessed via other menus, eg. Hot Lists, via the Hot Lists option on the main sitemap.
Any additions and updates made outside of the Shortlist form will eventually update, therefore ensuring a strong data loop of being able to keep track of an Candidate's progress from multiple channels.

The shortlist record contains all of the audit history that is actioned between the Vacancy and a particular candidate.
It is where a lot of useful reports can be built to log activity, such as how many CVs were submitted in the last X period. All of this data is stored within this record.
When viewing the Candidates tab in the Vacancy, it is displaying all of the individual shortlist records.
How can I access Shortlist records?
The Shortlist record has its own menu option.
Within this menu are standard system views, which provide useful lists of candidates and at what stage they are in the recruitment cycle:
The Shortlist can also be accessed from the Contact record or the Vacancy.

Double-click on the row of the Vacancy to view the linked Shortlist

Double-click on the row of the Candidate to view their linked Shortlist
Adding Feedback
On the General tab, there are fields where comments can be added from the client and from the candidate, as they progress throughout the recruitment process.
Any comments added in the Latest Feedback field, can then be viewed on the tabs of the screens shown above. They will display in every record where the Shortlist is displayed. This includes the above two mentioned and the Client record.
Notes added within the Details section...
...can be seen on the Candidates tab on the Vacancy:
It contains useful data, such as the Shortlist Method, the Shortlist Source, the current status of the Shortlist, the Latest Interviews details and Rejection Reason comments.
Financials
It does list the currency for that Vacancy and if it's a contract or temporary Vacancy, the frequency that the pay will be applied.
The Contract Financials section will be blank, until running Submit CV and filling in the financial details. If the fields are not entered when submitting the CV then they can be entered when actioning Accept Offer. The benefit of entering them at the earlier stage of Submit, is that this can be used for forecasting or estimates.

The Audit tab is very useful. It contains each date of progress for that candidate.
