Groups
In order to build a more relevant search query, you can Group clauses together.
Group AND
By default, Search groups clauses together with AND (for example, below is searching for a Candidate with a 'Desktop Support Manager' tag AND with a Birmingham location).
To add a new Group, click New Group; you can then drag and drop clauses into that group easily and quickly.
Group ANY OF (OR)
For a more flexible result, you can group using OR; the below searches for Candidates with the Job Title of Computer Systems Manager OR IT Manager. This way, you can search for Candidates who may have slightly different Job Titles but still relevant to the Vacancy you are recruiting for.
Change Group Type
By clicking into the group, you can change the group type to AND, OR or NOT.
Nested Groups
For even more flexibility, you can nest groups within groups. To do this, you can click the New group button that's in the group and it will automatically nest. You can drag and drop search terms into the group of your choosing. The below query is searching for Candidates within 30 miles of Birmingham AND someone who either has a Manager Job Title OR is tagged with Senior Support Specialist.
By nesting groups, you can really control the scope of your results and ensure that even the most specialised of Vacancies have the most suitable Candidates.
