The Further Info tab can be useful for storing additional information about the contact.

Off Limits is a feature that can be used to set up an alert for your colleagues. For example, there may be a Non-Poaching agreement or you may want to list the person as Blacklisted:
Select from the list and save the record to apply this. Anyone can update this field and it can be removed when needed.
New Off Limits options can be created by your System Administrators.

Last Campaign Date = campaigns can be run via Click Dimensions. This is a marketing automation software solution. For more information, please speak to your CSM.

Sales Email - SMS = this is defaulted to Send but if the contact asks for no contact via a particular method, this can be toggled to Do Not Send/False.
Sales Email (Client) = an email that is being sent as Multiple, meaning to multiple people (typically sent from the search function or hotlists).
Email = an email that is being sent as Single, meaning to just that one contact (typically sent to the contact directly from their record).
Email Limit Tracker = this will list the Email Limit Tracker for this contact.
Email Limitations = a limit can be put against the number of emails sent to a contact in a set period.
Originating Lead = if you are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to capture leads, this will list where the Lead record originated from. This is useful for reporting purposes.
Personal Information
This can be used to store additional information. Anything that has a key symbol indicates that you require permissions to see and update the data in these fields. This is due to it being sensitive data.
Professional Information
This is a great place to list more detailed information.
Custom Fields
If there is any other data that needs to be stored in the record that is not suitable in the available fields, these can be used. The fields cannot be renamed but they can be used for reporting.
They can also be used within Mercury Search. Columns for the User Fields can be added and filtered on.
Data Request/Data Removal
The tools at the top bar can be used to log if a contact has requested either of these to be actioned.
The dates will automatically be logged and there is an entry on the timeline. The due dates will automatically be calculated.
There is a Data Protection Officer Dashboard which can be given to your DP Officer.
They can then manage this and update when they have processed the request.
