The Reference entity can be accessed from the Candidate record or the Admin section.
Candidate Record
To access References from the Candidate Record, browse to the Candidate record, click on Related to open the related records.
Click on References Received.
Click +New Reference
Complete the required fields and click Save and Close.
By toggling the Company Known to Database field to Yes, you will see a lookup containing a list of existing Clients in your Mercury database.
By toggling the field to No, you will see a free text field where you can freely type in the name of the required Client.
Complete the required fields and click Save and Close.
If you need to add further information, click the circle next to the Reference name and then click Edit
Admin Section
To open References from the Admin section, navigate to the Sitemap:
Click on Admin tab and click on References
Once in the References section, click +New in the ribbon
This will display the New Reference form to populate with the reference details
Edit an Existing Reference
Click the circle next to the Contact name and then click Edit
Update the necessary fields and click Save or Save & Close when finished
