Activities in Mercury are primarily classified as Phone Calls, Emails, Appointments, Tasks, Approvals, Updates and Shortlist Updates.
Managing Activities can be done multiple ways. An easy way to get a snapshot of your Activities is to click on Activities from the left side menu and use the View finder to easily sort and find what you are looking for. There are numerous system options you can choose from to make your specific search easier.
Once you've chosen your view or found the Activity in question, simply click the subject line of the Activity to open it up.
You'll then be taken into the Activity for proper management of the specific Activity.
Activities can also be managed from the Timeline of Contact, Client, Placements, Vacancies and Info records. If necessary use the Filter to sort.
Once you've found the Activity you are looking for, use one of the options to manage the Activity as necessary.
