This feature can be optionally enabled once Modern Advanced Find is switched on.
System Views and My Views were usually separated into two different lists. Now they are combined into a single list, with My Views indicated by a ‘Person’ icon :

…can be enabled with the Allow users to hide system views option in the Power Platform Admin Center.
When you select Allow users to hide system views, a fly-out window appears:
You can hide views by hovering your mouse over the left margin of the fly-out window :
The ‘…’ in the right margin, provides additional options:
You can also choose your sort order for how the views are listed by selecting from the Sort by drop-down :
All changes made by a user will be specific to them.
