Enable Modern Advanced Find by switching on the option within Power Apps as follows :

Enable Modern Advanced Find by switching on the option within Power Apps as follows :
From the waffle menu select Admin :
Then select All admin centers
You will then be presented with a list of all admin centers where you are able to choose Power Apps
This will open a new window where you will be presented with a list of environments associated to that tenant. Once you have selected the correct environment, you will be shown details of that environment where you can change any environmental settings :

So now, when clicking on the Advanced Find button within Mercury, a new fly-out style menu of tables (entities) will appear instead of the old pop-up style window. The old pop-up window looked like this:

You can type to search rather than manually scrolling. Once you have selected a table it will take you to the dedicated area for that entity and will open Advanced Filters.

Any previously created Advanced Find queries will continue to work with this new builder.
Once you have built your filter criteria and selected Apply, an asterisk will appear against the view name, to identify that a filter edit has been made :
You can now save this newly filtered view by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the view name and select Save as new view where you can enter a name and description:
