Placements on a Project

All Placements linked to a Project will be listed and easily accessed. The total Project Gross Profit of all non-cancelled Placements will be displayed.
On a Project as Vacancies are filled, the Placements will be clearly listed on the Placements tab. Existing Placements linked to the Client can also be added. The sum of the gross project from all the Placements will produce the Project Gross Profit.

Home > Projects > Click into a Project > click Placements tab to view current Placements or click Add Existing Placement

Adding Existing Placements

To add an existing Placement, the Placement must be linked to the same Client associated with the Project.

Click on Add Existing Placement:

Click on the magnifying glass icon to see a list of all Placements linked to the Client that owns the Project. Multiple Placements can be added; simply click on the Placement you wish to add.

Alternatively to pick a specific Placement, type the Placement ID number or the Placement Job Title, to find the Placement.

 

Financials

The total sum of the all listed Placements will be displayed on the General tab of the Placement in the Project Gross Project field. The Live Placements number will also update accordingly.

This sits within the Financials section:

To be able to see the total amount displayed in the Project Gross Profit field, click on the calculator icon to be able to see the Recalculate button. Click on this and the sum will update. This step will need to be repeated each time new Placements are added to update the total.

NOTE: The total will exclude any Placements with a status of: Cancelled by us, Cancelled - Rebated, Cancelled - Novated, Cancelled - Client Cancelled, Cancelled - Candidate did not start.
