WHAT

Candidates who have been shortlisted to any linked vacancies will be listed against the Project. They can even be progressed from here, saving time.
In our new and exciting Projects feature, it is possible to creating and add Vacancies. Any associated Candidates will be displayed with the option to progress them fully through the recruitment progress, logging communications along the way.

WHERE

Home > Projects > click into the Project record > click into the Candidates tab

HOW

To view any Candidates being considered for any of the Vacancies on a Project, simply navigate to the Project by going to the Project menu from the site map and clicking into the Project record:
 
 
Click onto the Candidates tab. Any existing Candidates will be listed:
 
 

Progressing a Candidate

 
The shortlist can be used in the usual manner. Select the candidate or multiple candidates from the left and select the Progress Candidates button:
