What
LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integrates LinkedIn Recruiter with your Mercury CRM to make your hiring process even simpler.
How
By turning on RSC, you’re authorising the sharing of some candidate, job and application data across Recruiter and Mercury. It enables you to get up-to-date candidate information, boost collaboration, and access more applicant data in Recruiter. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager for assistance in having this integration enabled.
Cost
The integration is available to customers as part of their Mercury CRM - please see details below regarding LinkedIn licensing requirements.
Licensing
In order to utilise LinkedIn RSC, you need to hold a minimum of one or more Recruiter Corporate or Recruiter Professional Service (RPS) seats.
NOTE: RSC is not available for Recruiter Lite customers.

Some FAQs
Q: What is the difference between LinkedIn RSC and LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
A: Please see this article > LinkedIn RSC v LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Q: What can a Mercury user who doesn't have a Recruiter Corporate or Recruiter Professional Service (RPS) seat see?
A: They are able to see details of InMails and Notes from their colleagues who do have the above licence on the Mercury contact record timeline.
Q: Can I export candidates CVs from LinkedIn?
A: No, the export to ATS function will create the LinkedIn candidate in Mercury and shortlist them against your vacancy. You can then send the person an InMail. If they agree to share further details such as email and phone number, these will be updated onto their Mercury record.
Q: Does LinkedIn RSC allow me to post my jobs from Mercury to LinkedIn?
A: The LinkedIn RSC integration does not facilitate posting your vacancies to your LinkedIn account. Mercury only synchronises vacancy data to LinkedIn so Candidates can be exported and already shortlisted against a specific open vacancy in Mercury.
