What
Within Mercury, users can easily add multiple Candidate contacts to Vacancies via the Contacts main menu. This is a very easy way of bulk-adding a high amount of suitable Candidate contacts which can then be directly managed via the Vacancies menu or even the Shortlists menu.
Utilising this technique can reduce time spent individually adding Candidates to separate Vacancies, and provides a more efficient experience of using the Contacts menu.
Where
Home > Contacts > select your Candidates View > tick your multiple Contacts > click Shortlist to Vacancies in the top ribbon menu > click Enter in the side-window > all available Vacancies will be displayed > select one or more Vacancies
How
1. Access the Contacts menu and select the Candidate(s) you wish to add:
2. From here, either click Enter to return all available Vacancies, or type in a specific value:
3. Once you have found the Vacancies you wish to add the selected Candidates to, click the Add button:
4. Once the system has added the selected Candidates to the chosen Vacancies, a dialog box will appear confirming that the additions have been made:
5. Access the Shortlists menu and you will now be able to see new lists have been created where you can access and manage their applications:
