What
This article explains how to find an updated list of enabled users who are currently using Mercury CRM in your organisation. You'll also be able to see details on licences how many 'seats' are not being used - a 'seat' in Microsoft 365 terms means 1 user subscription.
NOTE: The instructions in this article can only be carried out by your organisation's System Administrator.

Advanced Settings
1. To obtain an updated list of active users, navigate to Advanced Settings:
2. Click on the arrow next to Settings and then click on Security:
3. Click on Users:
4. The screen below appears. Change the view to Enabled Users:
5. As you can see in step #3 in the screenshot above, you can also export the view to Excel if you wish to review and digest the data in a more focussed manner.
Admin Centre
There is an alternative way to view Active Users in your environment, by visiting the Admin Centre.
1. Log into https://admin.microsoft.com and click on Users > Active Users:
2. This will allow you to see all current Active users. You will also be able to view Deleted or Disabled users.
