What
This article explains how to update a Client's address from a placement from the Addresses tab.
You may need to update the address for Placement if the location does not match the Client address. For example, if the Client address is the HQ, but the Candidate is working at a different office location.
Where
Home > Placements > Select a Placement > Select the Addresses tab within the Placement.
How
1. Firstly, it is important to note that the Primary Address will need be updated on the Client Company record:
2. Click on the drop-down and then click Select an address:
3. Allow a few seconds for the system to index the latest updated address fields stored in your Mercury CRM.
4. Go to the Address look-up field within the Client Site address, unselect their current address, then click on the Address drop-down again to select a different address. Then reselect the main Client site again, for the amendments made to appear:
5. This will now populate the fields accordingly. Be sure to click Save to save your changes.
NOTE: You can also repeat this process for the Client Correspondence Address and Client Invoice Address.
