This article explains how to update the Client's address on the Addresses tab on a Placement.

 

Where

Home > Placements > Select a Placement > Select the Addresses tab within the Placement.

 

How

1. Firstly, it is important to note that the Primary Address will need be updated on the Client Company record:



2. Click on the drop-down and then click Select an address:



 



3. Allow a few seconds for the system to index the latest updated address fields stored in your Mercury CRM.

4. Go to the Address look-up field within the Client Site address, unselect their current address, then click on the Address drop-down again to select a different address. Then reselect the main Client site again, for the amendments made to appear:



5. This will now populate the fields accordingly. Be sure to click Save to save your changes.

NOTE: You can also repeat this process for the Client Correspondence Address and Client Invoice Address
