Each item below is prefixed with a 5-digit internal ID, followed by the Development Sprint in which it was delivered as the number in brackets, and then colour-coded as Green to indicate a Feature Update or Purple to indicate a Software Fix.

74214 (24) - Rejected Status update with Rejected Reason
Reject a Candidate in the Kanban and add a reason and optional comments. Added a modal when rejecting a Shortlist Candidate, select from a drop-down list of reasons and add comments in a free-text box.
74879 (24) - Submitted Permanent Shortlist update with financials from Vacancy
Submit a Candidate to a Vacancy and add financial details - this allows users to submit individual Candidates with the salary/rate they are expecting. Display Vacancy financial data when moving to Submitted status, and save information back to the Shortlist.
74925 (24) - Submitted Contract Shortlist update with financials from the Vacancy

74955 (24) - Offer Made changes - Permanent roles
When moving to Offer Made, the default financial information is taken from the Shortlist in order to have the most up-to-date information. If there is no information available, the financial information is taken from the Vacancy. When financial data is missing from the Shortlist when moving to Offer Made, it will attempt to backfill the missing data from the Vacancy.

71074 (21) - Kanban Status change
When a Shortlist Card is moved across the Kanban board, the Status is updated on the board and in Mercury. Statuses include: Selected, Submitted, Client Shortlisted and Rejected. Status change from moving cards across the board is updated in both the Kanban and in Mercury.
71641 (21) - Modal for Interview information in Shortlist Kanban
When a card is moved to the Interview column, a modal now appears where all the necessary details of an Interview can be recorded within that card. Modal added that appears, and will update the Shortlist, when moved to the Interview column.

Creation of a simplified Kanban board as an easy way to manage Shortlisted Candidates. Kanban board to view Candidates, that functions in three Views:
1. Desktop view: drag/drop and move by button selection.
2. Mobile (touchscreen): Carousel view with drag/drop.
3. Small screen: button selection.

Users can link their Kanban to a Vacancy and manage the associated Candidates. Added loading of a Vacancy from a Kanban board and added a link on the Vacancy Shortlists tab to go to the Kanban board.
