Introduction

See to what degree a team, and individuals within a team, are performing against targets set against a time frequency (e.g. per week, per month, etc).

There are 15 KPIs that a consultant can have target configured. Click here to see the full list.

Reports can be viewed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis by changing the target frequency.

Report highlights

Includes a team’s all-time numbers and ratios for the recruitment process funnel, from Vacancies right through to Placements.

View a performance leaderboard to see which team members are reaching targets, to help monitor and drive performance.

Select any team member to view their individual performance against personal targets.

NOTE: The view selected based on frequency may not show all team members. For example, if you select the target frequency as “Month” then this will not show any team members who have daily or weekly targets for those KPIs.
