Introduction
View numerical data performance for a team/team members, in recruitment and business development activities, across a set date period.
By changing the date period, reports can be viewed from as recent as ‘Today’, up to as broad as ‘Last 24 Months’, to ‘All Time’.
Report highlights
Monitoring and comparing the productivity of team members can help in identifying high performers, areas needing improvement, and overall team efficiency.
At both a team (and filtered individual level) a manager can view numerical data of recruitment activity (e.g. Gross Profit, Placements, etc.) and Business Development (e.g. New Candidates, New Clients, etc.)
Who it's for
Managers (e.g. team managers or senior managers) can see data relating to all members of their organisation depending on their security group (by Site and Team).
Summary of the Recruitment screen
1 Date Period drop-down menu. Select from predetermined date ranges or set a custom range.
2 Placement Type filter buttons. Narrow down data returned by Contract, Permanent, and/or Temporary placements. Further filter by Extension or New placements for Gross Profit and Placements.
3 Site/Team selector (depending on role access).
4 View each individual team member with a bar chart indicating their numbers against the selected stage. Click on this bar chart to show only this person’s numbers against all the stages listed on the right-hand side (see point 5).
5 Total count across selected date period for progress through each of the recruitment funnel stages (also includes Gross Profit). Click on the magnifying glass icon to toggle between stages.
Summary of the Business Development (Bus. Dev) screen
1 Date Period drop-down menu. Select from predetermined date ranges or set a custom range.
2 Purpose drop-down menu. Further filter by purpose for Phone Calls and Appointments.
3 Site/Team selector (depending on role access).
4 View each individual team member with a bar chart indicating their numbers against the selected activity. Click on this bar chart to show only this person’s numbers against all the activities listed on the right-hand side (see point 5)
5 Total count across selected date period for the number of each new contact type added and activities completed. Click on the magnifying glass icon to toggle between activities.
Report summary
- The Team Leaderboard report gives an overview of the numerical data per team across recruitment and business development activities.
- The headline numbers in both dashboards show the total count for a team ('Team' view), across a selected date period.
- Recruitment: Gross Profit, Placements, Offers Made, 1st Interviews, CVs Submitted, and Vacancies
- Bus. Dev: New Candidates, New Clients, New Client Contacts, Spec Sends, Phone Calls, and Appointments
- This data can then be further refined by recruitment stage/activity type by selecting the additional buttons or drop-down menus at the top of the report, or per team member by clicking on a their name/bar-chart.

Headlines
Gross Profit - the total of Placement Gross Profit normalised, based on base currency amount.
Placements - the total number of Placements (New & Extensions).
Offers - the total number of Offers.
Interviews - the total number of Interviews arranged.
CVs Submitted - the total number of CVs sent.
Vacancies - the total number of Vacancies.
New Candidates - the total number of new Candidate records added.
New Clients - the total number of new Client records added.
New Client Contacts - the total number of new Client Contact records added.
Spec Sends - the total number of Spec Send records created.
Phone Calls - the total number of Phone call records created.
Appointments - the total number of Appointment records created.
Add picture to dashboard profiles
If you have added a profile picture elsewhere in Microsoft, this may not show up within Analytics dashboards.
To add a profile picture:
1. Go into the User record.
2. Click the profile picture (which will be the user's initials).
3. A new window will open; upload an image and click Upload Image.
4. You will be given a preview of the profile picture. To save, click Change.
