Introduction
The Client Interaction dashboard covers a wide range of Client Contact activity types and their impact on business. Consultants can view how each entity interacts across time, value, and communication channels.
Managers and Consultants can view graphs, tables, and charts displaying metrics which covers: the level of activity with Client Contacts and the GP generated from those interactions, recency & frequency of activity with individual contacts, and types of communication by channel.
This report displays information across the last 12 months – but can be utilized as part of daily/regular business development activity.
NOTE: This dashboard is accessed directly from a Client Contact record, under the Analytics tab.
Report highlights
Understand the timescale, value, and communication involved throughout the recruitment process. Monitoring and comparing the productivity of team members can help in identifying high performers, areas needing improvement, and overall team efficiency.
With data displayed in visuals that make combined data easy to understand at a glance (including status colour coding), identify trends and actions in one place.
The report is designed to give insights to Consultants about: who to contact at a given client, where opportunities exist to reconnect with other Client Contacts that have previously been productive relationships, and which channels are most likely to elicit a response.

Aimed at anyone in a Consultant role who needs to understand Client Contact interactions and where to use their time to build the best relationships possible.
Summary of the Overview page
2 An area chart of (all recruitment) activity types completed over the last 12 full months. Click to highlight select activities.
3 A table shows the top 5 Client Contacts against the recruitment activities they have completed over the last 12 full months and the gross profit created. Comparative colour coding is used for the full list of Client Contacts for each column. There is also the option to View All, which shows all Client Contacts within the team.
4 A combination chart that shows the number of runners compared to the Gross Profit over the last 12 full months.
5 A stacked bar chart shows the total gross profit from placements, by type, over the last 12 full months.

2 A bubble chart shows the comparative relationships between Client Contact communication occurrences, the number of days since last contact occurred, and the created value.
3 A table that shows all users against the recruitment activities they have completed over the last 12 months. Comparative colour coding is used for the full list of Client Contacts for each column.

2 A pie-chart shows all types of communication channels used in both numeral and percentage values across a team. In this chart, Teams are a subset of appointments.
3 A stacked bar chart shows the number of phone calls and their purpose across the last 12 full months.
4 A stacked bar chart shows the communication channels used per Client Contact; the use of any channels is shown as a percentage of 100. In this chart, Teams are a subset of appointments.
5 A stacked bar chart shows the number of appointments and their purpose across the last 12 full months.
Report summary
The Client Interactions report gives consultants in depth insight into client specific interactions, providing a greater level of understanding of interactions which in turn will increase productivity and efficiency.
See a full overview of high-level data relating to the volume and frequency of recruitment activities, ranked client activity, value across placements and across clients, and drill down through clients or communication channels.
This report is embedded into the Core Mercury system making it even easier to get the information you need to support client activity, identifying high value, high activity contacts to drive communication and streamline day-to-day activity.
Glossary of terms for Dashboard
- Vacancies - the total number of Vacancies.
- Submissions - the total number of CVs sent.
- Interviews - the total number of Interviews arranged.
- Offers - the total number of Offers.
- Placements - the total number of Placements (New & Extensions) with Cancelled excluded.
- Phone calls - the total number of Phone call records created.
- Appointments - the total number of Appointment records created.
- Contract Runners – A Placement (Contract or Temp) which is Live and running on a given day.
- Gross Profit - the total number of Placements (New & Extensions) with Cancelled excluded.
