Mercury requires a few Azure roles during the project phase and once you are live. We never request a role we don't need but here are the reasons why we need them.

User Administrator | To assign licenses to users | Required if we are assisting with ongoing user management |
SharePoint Administrator | Optional if you would like us to setup the SharePoint sites needed for Mercury | Not required as long as we have Site Admin on the Mercury SharePoint sites setup |
