Managing Spec Sends
To access your Spec Sends, go to the menu and select the My Active Spec Sends view:
Use the filters to view the data how you wish, for example by a certain Client or Hiring Manager or date Created On.
Any of the linked records can be accessed.
The Spec Sends are there for you to review, see who has been contacted and when. Once you have finished and no longer required a Spec Send on your list, it can then be deactivated.
This will remove it from your Active list that you are working on, to an Inactive list. This will help keep you focused on the Spec Sends you are still chasing.
It is possible to Deactivate multiple records at one time. Just select more than one Spec Send.
NOTE: Your historical Spec Sends will still be within Mercury. They will simply move to the Inactive Spec Sends view.
