How to resolve the scenario where you seem unable to progress a Candidate to the Interview stage, but for some reason the Candidate will not progress, and there is also no on-screen error or message to provide a clue as to the reason why.

Progressing a Candidate via a Vacancy record.
How
1. Go to Home > Vacancies:
2. Select your View and then click on the required Vacancy record.
3. As per the sequence in the screenshot below, click the Candidates tab, select your required Candidate, click Progress Candidate(s) and select Interview:
4. You must complete all the fields below. It is particularly important that the Interviewer is correctly identified and assigned to the Vacancy and the Client.
NOTE: If the Interviewer is not assigned to the Client then they will not appear for selection and therefore you will not be able to progress the Candidate.
