How to resolve the scenario where are unable to progress a Candidate to the Interview stage and/or save the interview details.

Progressing a Candidate via a Vacancy record: Home > Vacancies > select vacancy record > Candidates tab > Shortlists button


How

1. Click into the main Vacancies focus from the Mercury sitemap over in the far left menu panel.

2. Select the required View that contains the Vacancies related to the shortlisted Candidates who you want to email.

3. Click into the Vacancy Name that's related to the required shortlisted Candidates.


4. Click the Candidates tab to see the shortlisted Candidates. 

5. Select the Shortlists button.

6. Select the required Candidate(s) by clicking into the circle in the Candidate (contact) column. 



7a. To progress one Candidate, click Update and select Interview from the pop-up menu.


7b. To progress more than one Candidate at a time, click Progress Candidate(s) and select Interview from the pop-up menu.


 



8. A new pop-up window will open with interview details to fill in and confirm.  You must complete all the fields that are not greyed out. For example, if interview Type is selected as Telephone, then there is no requirement to fill out the Video Call ID field. 

NOTE: The Interviewers for selection are limited to the Client Contacts If the Interviewer is not assigned to the Client then they will not appear for selection and therefore you will not be able to progress the Candidate.
