Where

Contacts > select Contact > Search > Search Vacancies

Vacancies > select Vacancy > Search > Search Vacancies

How

NOTE: Filters will only populate in Vacancy Search when a Contact who is a Candidate is selected. This includes Contacts who are both a Candidate and a Client Contact. If launching Vacancy Search via a Vacancy or a Contact who is a Client Contact only, the search window will open with no pre-populated data.

Via Candidate Contact

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Select the Contact you would like to search by and select the tick box. Only one Contact can be selected.
  3. Select Search from the ribbon menu bar.
  4. Click Search Vacancies to open the Search modal window.

When searching via a Candidate, the following fields will auto-populate using information from the Candidate record:

  1. Job Title: From the most current job title.
  2. Tags (Contains): From Candidate tags. If there is more than one, these will search using an AND operator.
  3. Location (Distance): From Candidate's home address. This searches for Vacancies within a default radius of 30 miles of the Candidate's address.

Additional Search / Filter terms:

Keywords: Search across free-text fields ('Contains' search). Any matches will show as highlighted text in the results. When multiple keywords are added there is an OR relationship between them.

Tags (Exact): Search for exact match tags relevant to a Vacancy. When multiple exact tags are added there is an AND relationship between them.

Location (Free Text): Searches against the address of the Vacancy. When multiple locations are added there is an OR relationship between them.

Financials: Filter by Salary or Pay/Charge for roles. When multiple financial data are added there is an OR relationship between them.

Position Type: Select from Permanent, Contract, or Temporary. When multiple position types are added there is an OR relationship between them.
