What
Further improve search results when searching for Candidates via a Vacancy. Use ‘Enhance with AI’ within Structured Search to suggest additional keywords, refine your search, and find the most suitable matches. The AI keywords behave as normal keywords (saving, highlighting, Result Hits, etc.)
Where
Within Vacancies, check the blue tick-box of one Vacancy, select Search, and then Search Candidates:
Or, directly from a Vacancy record:
Once within Candidate Search, select Enhance with AI.
This will open the Search Groups panel, and a pop-up message indicates how many additional keywords have been added to your search.
NOTE: By default, Job Title, Tags (Contains), and Location (Distance) are populated when Candidate Search is launched.
How
NOTE: All the following Groups are connected to each other using AND operators, e.g. Search Group 1 AND Search Group 2 AND... etc.
Search Group 1 - Mandatory Keywords
These are connected using an AND operator (e.g. Software Testing AND Bug Tracking Systems AND... etc.).
These are prompted from the Job Summary and Job Description fields within the Vacancy record > Job Details tab.
In this example, the Mandatory Keywords have been pulled from the Job Description field:
Search Group 2 - Desirable Keywords
These are connected using an OR operator (e.g. ISTQB Foundation Level Cert OR API testing, etc.).
These are prompted from the Job Summary and Job Description fields within the Vacancy record > Job Details tab.
In this example, the Desirable Keywords have been pulled from the Job Description field:
Search Group 3 - Soft Skill Keywords
These are connected using an OR operator (e.g. Collaborate AND problem solve, etc.)
These are prompted from the Job Summary and Job Description fields within the Vacancy record > Job Details tab.
